Steven was excellent. I needed a quick structural engineer survey and report for the removal of our chimney breast and this was completed within a couple of days of the initial ask. Steven was professional, diligent and extremely understanding with regards to timescales. I already had a builder on site and wanted to get the drawings and calcs done so we could get a party wall agreement sorted out. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.
We used Steve for a large renovation project in Harpenden and his service was excellent for what was a complex design. Quick to respond and provided some excellent advice leading to a change in design plans.

We used TDS for a structural integrity report on a house we were selling. We'd had a lot of nonsense and ill-informed opinion hold the process up, but TDS were amazing — did the inspection and report within 48 hours and helped give everyone assurance and peace of mind. Shame we can't give 6 stars!
Used TDS for a project involving an extension to my house. A no-obligation visit from really knowledgeable Steve, who actually suggested a few alterations to the design, which gave us more space and ended up saving money on our builders quote. Steve was able to work with our builder throughout the job and save us money in a few areas and also suggest alternatives when our builder suggested delays getting materials. Steve suggested the additional glazing above our opening kitchen doors and it made such a difference.
It has been a joy working with Steve and would definitely come back. Very responsive with detailed guidance.

Had a very good experience working with Steve recently on the structural design elements for our building project. Steve delivered the work on time and took the time to explain everything to us clearly. He also navigated some complex parts of the build design really well, and worked proactively with our architect. He also delivered a very detailed and carefully thought-out structural design pack.
